 I picked up Merida about a week ago at 

Target. 

Same size as Barbie.

There are 2 different Merida's.  This is the 

least expensive one.  I did unbox this doll. 

I thought she may have been articulated because of the way she 

held her hand, but I was wrong.

Went to Toy's R Us this morning. 

Missed her the first time when I went 

down the doll aisle.
Too busy looking at the Monster High Section. 

On my second trip down the aisle 

there I saw her near the Bratz dolls.

Got A Letter Today

When I got home today, 

there was an envelope from......

Mattel. 

About a month ago, I sent for the Free Barbie Doll Promotion

to get the Barbie and Tawny Horse Set. 

The letter said........

Due to the overwhelming response to the Promotion, it is 

no longer available. 

They will be sending

Barbie Puppy Water Park 

as a replacement. 

Also at the end of the letter there is a 

$5.00 coupon off any Mattel or Fisher Price Product.

Good till May 31st.

Now what to buy with my 5.00 off coupon.

Went to a few stores and the Thrift Store today.

Liked the color scheme on this vanity, 

comes with many accessories. 

Maybe I Shouldn't Mention This.......

But today I went on my usual get 

out of the house trip. 

Had to go the the bank, then went 

to TRU's. They had nothing new on 

the shelves. 

Went to the Thrift Store and walked out

with nothing. 

Then went and stopped at Target.

They did have the S.I.S. Rocawear Dolls but still 

at 24.38.  Also on the shelves were 

S.I.S. Locks of Love (S.I.S.doll with little sister and accessories)

That was also priced at 24.98

On the lower shelf, there was the S.I.S. Glam Convertible. 

Purple car with Grace in the driver's seat. 

Price was 19.99

Walked out with one item which I will post tomorrow. 

This is the part maybe I shouldn't mention, but I then 

stopped at Wal-Mart, near my house.

Looked around, saw nothing new in the doll aisle. 

Went over to the CLEARANCE Aisle and found.

Got her for $10.50 

If the Stardoll had a yellow sticker there was no discount.

These items came out to 7.90 each. 

I am very surprised that these items were on a 50% off

sale already.  I wanted to get the other outfit, but none of 

them had a red sticker. May have to try another Wal-Mart.

I also saw the Color Liv with the non-articulated arms 

and the Sleepover Party in the Clearance Aisle.

Happy New Year!

Went on my last dolly shopping trip of 2011 on Friday. 

Stopped at Toy's R Us and found

they were restocking the shelves.

Saw the Monster High

but left it there since the price 

was about 24.00 

Bought some items but will

save for future posts. 

My next stop was to a Wal-Mart 

a little further away than the one 

closest to my home. 

There they also had the

A Monster In Bratz Clothing

Presently there are not a lot of extra

clothing choices for The Monster High Dolls.

Sometimes to get a new outfit (especially if

you don't sew like me) is to buy another MH doll

in a different series. 

I thought about it.  Why not try some of

the Bratz clothes on the Monster High Dolls. 

Here we have Cleo looking for a dress for 

the MH Holiday Bash. 

She asked her friend Laura to come help 

her pick one out.

They went to a new store in town called 3B's

(Bratz Better Buy) 

First Cleo tried on a Punk Black Dress

Then a short silver one. 

How about this green number? 

or this red one? 

Last she tried on this Silver gown. 

Cleo couldn't decide, so she took them

all to put in her closet. She will decide

what to wear when the time comes.

If you want more clothes for your 

Monster High Dolls.  Go to a local

flea market, Thrift store or yard sale and look for some

Bratz Clothing.  

Cleo is going to need some new shoes?

Stardolls

With all the posts on the Stardolls, 

today I thought I would stop and see

if my Toy's R Us had them. 

When I got there, found them on a bottom 

shelf in the Barbie Aisle. 

They had most of them but the one in the 

yellow top was not there. 

I decided to buy the following two

I picked up the Asian Stardoll 

(Called Style4 on the TRU's website) 

because of William's Post.
